Phebe Ann Warner1

     Phebe Ann Warner was born circa 1849 at Nova Scotia, she declared age 20 at the time of her marriage.3,4 She was the daughter of John Warner and Mary Bent.2 Phebe Ann Warner married Edward R Whitman, son of Amos Whitman and Mary Ann Hannam, on 29 November 1869 at Inglisville, Annapolis Co, NS; Ms McCormick has the year of marriage as 1861 in one manuscript and 1868 in another manuscript. 1861 seems early.5,6 Phebe Ann Warner died on 9 June 1925; at age 76.4 She was buried at Whitman-Cunningham Cemetery, South Williamston, Annapolis Co, NS.4
     Her married name was Whitman.
