Alfred Henry Taylor married Ethel Jessie Bent, daughter of Arthur Reinforth Bent and Annie Elizabeth Porter, at Victoria, BC; they were married on a Thursday evening at Victoria West United Church. Major J. Nelson and Major D. Hammond married them. Mrs. Sam Swetnam played the organ. The reception was at the Salvation Army Hall on Catherine Street. Honeymooned in Vancouver. They returned to live at 238 Cook Street.
