     Eleanor Marie Barteaux was born on 15 July 1883 at Cape Road, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS.2,3 She was the daughter of Abner Barteaux and Laura Jane Mott.1 Eleanor Marie Barteaux married 1st Ronald Hardwick, son of William H Hardwick and Margaret McNeish LeCain, on 20 October 1906 at Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS; by Rev H Howe.4 Eleanor Marie Barteaux married 2nd Ralph Moody Tooker.2 Eleanor Marie Barteaux died on 8 March 1965 at Cape Road, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS.2 She was buried after 8 March 1965 at Saint Albans Cemetery, Lequille, Annapolis Co, NS.5

     Frank Wilburn Barteaux was born on 3 November 1878 at Cape Road, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS.2 He was the son of Abner Barteaux and Laura Jane Mott.1 Frank Wilburn Barteaux was baptized on 28 September 1880 at Saint Lukes Anglican Church, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS.3 He married 1st Minnie Gertrude Wear, daughter of William Wear and Clara McLean, on 30 September 1903 at Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS; by Rev Dakin.4 Frank Wilburn Barteaux married 2nd Laura M. Tretheway on 29 December 1915 at Aylesford, Kings Co, NS; By Rev G P Raymond.2 Frank Wilburn Barteaux was buried after 24 January 1938 at Woodlawn Cemetery, Annapolis Royal, Annapolis Co, NS.5 He died on 24 June 1938 at Wolfville, Kings Co, NS.2
     He also went by the name of "Frances Barteaux."6 He resided in April 1901 at Lequille District, Annapolis Co, NS, with his parents.7 He was a clerk in a grocer store in April 1901.7

Louisa Barteaux married Josiah Spurr Potter, son of Rev Israel Potter and Mary Rice, on 13 May 1841 at Clements, Annapolis Co, NS; The Christian Messenger, 30 Jul 1841, gives the marriage date as 14 May 1841. There is also a marriage bond dated 13 May 1841, available at PANS in the NS VR.3,1 Louisa Barteaux died on 14 May 1852 at Hillsburgh, Digby Co, NS.4,5 She was buried on 16 May 1852 at Clements, Annapolis Co, NS.6

     Ethelinda Beals was born circa 1848 at Nova Scotia. The 1901 census lists her age as 58 which is a bit old for a seven year old daughter. There is no declared age in her marriage record. The 1881 census lists her age as 33 which is consistent with a birth year of 1848.1,2 She married William Alcorn, son of Thomas Alcorn and Dorothy Ammerette Berry, on 31 December 1873 at Brookfield, Queens Co, NS.3
     Her married name was Alcorn. Ethelinda Beals was also known as Linda Beals.4 She and William Alcorn resided between 1891 and 1901 at Bear River District, Annapolis Co, NS.5,6

She appeared on the census of 1881 at Nictaux District, Annapolis Co, NS; Mary Whitman, female, widow, age 57, born Nova Scotia; Annie Whitman, female, age 36, born Nova Scotia; James Whitman, male, age 27, born Nova Scotia, Occ: Farmer; George Whitman, male, age 22, born Nova Scotia, Occ: Farmer; Asa Whitman, male, age 18, born Nova Scotia, Occ: Son; May Whitman, female, age 15, born Nova Scotia; Leander Whitman, male, age 10, born Nova Scotia.6 She resided in April 1891 at Lawrencetown Lane District, Annapolis Co, NS, with her son George.2 In April 1901 at Lawrencetown Lane District, Annapolis Co, NS, it appears that Mary E Whitman was living with her daughter, Mary Lorette and son-in-law at the time of the 1901 census although the birth date is given as 22 Apr 1825.7

     James Frederick Beeler was born circa 1866 at Princevale, Annapolis Co, NS, James declared age 25, born Princeville and living at Princeville at his marriage in 1890.3,2 He was the son of Frederick Beeler and Elizabeth (?)2 James Frederick Beeler married Mary Jane Potter, daughter of Aaron Potter and Rebecca Potter, on 9 January 1890 at Clementsvale, Annapolis Co, NS.1,2 James Frederick Beeler died in October 1918 at Lequille, Annapolis Co, NS.4
     He and Mary Jane Potter resided in 1891 at Lequille District, Annapolis Co, NS.3 James Frederick Beeler left a will in 1918 at Lequille, Annapolis Co, NS, which was recorded 1918: LWT of James Frederick Beeler of Lequille dated 19 Dec 1918 (sic). Wife: Mary Jane. Brother: Avard Beeler. Children: Minnie Helen Beeler, Gordon Lester Beeler, Maurice Gifford Beeler, Harold Cornwall Beeler, Pearl Winnifred Beeler, Byers Whitman Beeler, Helen Mary Beeler (not 21) and Alvin Grant Beeler. He died 25 or 28 Oct 1918 (sic) at Lequille, manufacturer.4
