William Burton Potter1

William Burton Potter was born circa 1863.1 He was the son of Reuben D Potter and Sarah Dyer Gilliatt.2 William Burton Potter died on 30 May 1873; Mr Walker notes that there are two conflicting reports of William Burton's death in that one lists his age at death as 4 years and the other one lists 10 years. He was enumerated in the 1871 census as age 8. His grave stone says age 10 years. The cause of death: "... wheel of a loaded cart went over his neck."1 He was buried at Clementsvale Baptist Cemetery, Clementsvale, Annapolis Co, NS.3
