     Ralph Elmer Burrell was born on 3 April 1882 at Nova Scotia, the 1881 census lists an unnamed infant in the household of Ralph Burrell's parents. Was Ralph really born in April 1881?1,3 He was the son of Thomas Nelson Burrell and Drucilla Ann Potter.2 Ralph Elmer Burrell married Minnie Adeline Laro, daughter of Henry Laro and Sophrina Roxanna Loomis, on 8 October 1909 at Providence, RI.4 Ralph Elmer Burrell died on 16 February 1959 at Foxborough, MA. According to his obituary, Ralph Burrell was the owner and operator for many years of the Home Nook Dairy farm and a retail egg and milk route.5
     He resided in April 1901 at Clementsport District, Annapolis Co, NS, with his parents.3 He and Minnie Adeline Laro resided in 1912 at Concord, MA, at the time of daughter Ethel's birth.6

This was the 2nd marriage for Thomas Burrill.1 Thomas Fox Burrill died on 4 April 1881; at age 77.1 He was buried after 4 April 1881 at Clementsvale Cemetery, Clementsvale, Annapolis Co, NS.1
     He was a blacksmith in 1845.1

     Her married name was Bent.

     Freelove Calahan was born circa 1854 at Paradise, Annapolis Co, NS.3,2 She was the daughter of Joseph Calahan.2 Freelove Calahan married William Henry Beals, son of Caleb Beals and Eliza Whitman, on 20 December 1882 at Inglisville, Annapolis Co, NS.1,2 Freelove Calahan died on 28 May 1923; aged 69y, under the name Tyler.4 She was buried at Whitman-Cunningham Cemetery, South Williamston, Annapolis Co, NS.4
     Her married name was Beals. She resided in 1881 at Nictaux District, Annapolis Co, NS, with her father.5 She and William Henry Beals resided in April 1891 at Lawrencetown Lane District, Annapolis Co, NS.3

Jeanette Calder married Charles Rice Bent, son of Ralph Bent and Sarah Ann Whitman, on 26 December 1887 at Bridgewater, Lunenburg Co, NS; aged 24y (he) and 24y (she) listed as Charles of Bentville and Jeanette of Bridgewater.3,1,4 Jeanette Calder died in 1901; at age 37.5 She was buried at Round Hill Cemetery, Round Hill, Annapolis Co, NS.5
